McClean Anderson has developed the ability to wind from a different perspective with the GMP or Gantry Winder. The GMP can be configured with 4 to 6-axes of computer controlled motion and employ all digital AC servo technology. The GMP is driven by the Flexwind machine control and can be interfaced with our Composite Designer pattern development software.

Tooling
Headstock and Tailstock provided with 12” [300 mm] 3-jaw chucks. Chuck clamping range 3/8” [10 mm] to 5 3/16” [131 mm] dia. Tailstock is adjusted manually, set and locked into desired position. (3m of tailstock rail included).
