PT Series

Specifically designed for production pipe and tank winding, the PT Series of filament winders is both rugged and easy to use. The PT can accommodate a wide range of mandrel sizes and features quick setup tooling and tailstock support systems. The PT is driven by the Flexwind machine control and can be interfaced with our Composite Designer pattern development software.

Tooling
Headstock and Tailstock provided with 12” [300 mm] 3-jaw chucks mounted rigidly. Chuck clamping range 3/8” [10 mm] to 5 3/16” [131 mm] dia. Tailstock is adjusted manually, set and locked into desired position on provided tailstock rails (3m of tailstock rail included).

• Final D-Ring and Fiber Comb assembly.
