The Little Hornet is McClean Anderson's answer to affordable "use it right out of the box" technology. The Little Hornet features 2-axes of computer controlled motion and is driven by the Flexwind machine control. The system is further enhanced with our Windows®-based Composite Designer winding pattern development software.

The Super Hornet is McClean Anderson's solution for composite part development, prototyping or production environments. The Super Hornet comes standard with 4-axes of computer controlled motion and employs all digital AC servo technology.  The Super Hornet is driven by the Windows® based Flexwind machine control and Composite Designer pattern development software.

One of McClean Anderson's most popular models is the Spider or Multiple Spindle Winder. Unlimited spindle configuration, 2 to 4-axes of motion, using either Windows® - based Flexwind machine control and Composite Designer pattern development software.

The TITAN was specifically designed with the influence of our customers for an affordable yet dependable winder for the pipe market. The TITAN features 2 to 4-axes of computer controlled motion and is driven by the Flexwind machine control. The system is further enhanced with our Windows®-based Composite Designer pattern development software.

A workhorse for multi-axis production winding is the Cyclone. The Cycone can be configured with up to 6-axes of computer controlled motion and employs all digital AC servo technology. The Cyclone is also driven by our powerful Windows® based Flexwind and Composite Designer pattern development software and is well optioned to meet your specific winding requirements.

Gantry Motion Platform

McClean Anderson has developed the ability to wind from a different perspective with the GMP or Gantry Motion Platform. The GMP can be configured with up to 6-axes of computer controlled motion and employ all digital AC servo technology. The GMP is driven by the Flexwind machine control and can be interfaced with our Composite Designer pattern development software.

Pipe/Tank Winder

Specifically designed for production pipe and tank winding, the Pipe/Tank series of filament winders is both rugged and easy to use. The Pipe/Tank can accommodate a wide range of mandrel sizes and features quick setup tooling and tailstock support systems. The Pipe/Tank is driven by the PatternmasterII machine control and can be interfaced with our Patternmaster pattern development software.

Sand Delivery Winder

Designed for production pipe and tank winding, the Sand Delivery series of filament winders is both rugged and easy to use. The main feature of the Sand Delivery is the ability to incorporate sand as a filler within the resin to make products more economical. The Sand Delivery is driven by the Flexwind machine control and Composite Designer pattern development software.
