Radius Fiber Delivery Rings

Fiber Delivery Rings are available in a wide range of sizes. Fiber Delivery Rings are designed for a specified number of fiber tows or bandwidth and can be customized.

Radius Fiber Delivery Combs

Fiber Combs system are placed directly behind a Fiber Delivery Ring. Bandwidth control is achieved by repositioning fiber through the comb pins or by changing the comb's position or distance from the Fiber Delivery Ring.

Prepreg Fiber Delivery Tooling

Roller type fiber delivery tooling. Includes individual guide rollers and final consolidation delivery roller.

* Standard capacities: 4, 6, 8 and 12 tows. Custom capacities available upon request.

Traveling Festooning System

Provides better material tension control and helps eliminate tangles and fiber damage on long carriage travels.  The fiber is directed from the creel through this traveling festooning system.  The material is then directed to a Resin Bath traveling on the machine horizontal carriage axis.
