Omniwind - machine control

Omniwind is the machine control used to operate your McClean Anderson Filament Winding machine. This is a Windows based software program used to run the part programs developed in Composite Designer. Omniwind is capable of controlling up to 6-axes of motion. The Omniwind control hac been enhanced with communication support for optional Radio Operator Pendant, Programmable-Digital Dr. Blade and Programmable-Digital Electronic Tensioners.

Omniwind is used with the Composite Designer, advanced offline software for designing and modeling complex filament wound structures.

Composite Designer is an advanced offline software programming tool for designing and modeling complex filament wound structures. Part winding simulations can be rendered with ease, allowing users to analyze a multitude of winding scenerios in a matter of seconds. Composite Designer is capable 6-axes of motion.

Composite Designer is fully compatible with McClean Anderson's Omniwind, Compositrak and MAX4 machine control systems.

PatternMaster II - machine control

The PatternMaster II machine Control is McClean Anderson's solution to simplify 2-axis winding and still maintaining the benefits of using computer control motion. This is a Windows based software program used to run the part programs developed in Patternmaster. The Patternmaster II machine control is capable of controlling up 2-axes of motion.

Patternmaster II is used with the Patternmaster, offline software for designing and modeling filament wound structures.

PatternMaster is the offline programming software used to develop the filament winding programs. This is a simple, effective tool used to develop your part program in minutes. This software is only designed to control 2-axes motion.

Programs can only be run on the Patternmaster II machine control.
