Cart Removal System

McClean Anderson's Cart Removal System is a simple way to remove cured parts from collapsible mandrels. Both the Part Cart and Mandrel Cart are adjustable and can accommodate a broad range of mandrel diameters.

NOTE: Cart Removal System does not extract and is only intended to guide cured parts from mandrels.

Step 1

The Part Cart is raised to support cured part. Mandrel is then collapsed and the loose part is guided off up to tailstock pedestal.

The Part Cart is motorized and runs along the tailstock rails.  Cart has vertical adjustment to accommodate different diameter parts.

Step 2

The Mandrel Cart is raised to support exposed part of the mandrel, near the headstock end. The tailstock is then moved out of the way so the Mandrel Cart can remove the cured part.

Mandrel Cart is motorized and runs along the tailstock rails.  Cart has vertical adjustment to accommodate different part mandrels.
